Colorado Omelet

All-natural dried eggs mixed with red and green bell peppers and onions. Makes Two servings, High in Protein, Low Sodium, Requires Minimal Cooking.

  • All-natural dried eggs mixed with red and green bell peppers and onions.
  • Directions: Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Blend. Add another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Blend until smooth. Cook over low heat in a nonstick pan. Stir frequently.
